Relax in the comfort of the lounge complete with widescreen LCD TV (with HDMI Cable), DVD player and Aux Speaker.

The well equipped kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher (because who wants to wash up on holidays), toaster, blender, etc.

The contemporary styled bathroom offers a shower and a large bath for a relaxing soak plus complimentary bathroom amenities.

Quality linen and bath/beach towels are provided.

There is also secure onsite/off street parking and a fully fenced (1.8m high) private yard and security gates.

Pets sometimes permitted however permission must be requested at time of enquiry as extra conditions apply

Cots & highchairs can be hired from Byron Bay Holiday Hire.

The Ballina/Byron Gateway Airport is a 30 minute drive south of Byron Bay and Coolangatta Airport (Gold Coast) is a 45 minute drive to the north. Regular shuttle bus services are available door to door to and from both airports. Google Byron Easy Bus or Xcede websites to pre-book.

Unlike many in town holiday accommodation the owners do not live on site so your complete privacy is assured.

The house has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 4 ideally but can fit an extra guest $15 p/n on the very comfortable "single" day bed" off the living area. Linen, Bath and Beach Towels are provided.

There is a $500 Security deposit on this property.
