Perfect spring weather for a full day sampling all the food, produce, markets, demos and entertainment at the annual Sample Food Festival at Bangalow Showgrounds early September.

Attendees were spoilt for choice, with top restaurants offering $5 and $10 tasting plates. The 2019 Golden Fork awards went to Koobideh who took out the best $5 tasting plate for their Persian Meatballs and to Federal Doma Cafe who were awarded best $10 tasting plate for their Wood fire grilled lamb spareribs.
