This is your opportunity to embark on a 6-days retreat aimed at helping you achieve inner peace, wellness and joy like you’ve never experienced before. At our Byron Bay retreats we combine relaxing activities such as yoga, meditation and mindfulness practices, with outdoors enjoyment including visiting iconic landmarks of the region.

We use different location for each retreat, often a private house in the Byron Bay shire within walking distance to the beach or in the beautiful hinterlands. Being close to nature is important for us to provide a peaceful and healing environment.

We tend to keep our groups small to provide the best care for our guests. Often between 8 & 12 people max. Packages can even be tailored for corporate groups, so please contact us before booking your trip. Private Retreats also available upon request.

Also our 6-day retreats are the excellent opportunity to take a break from our busy life and to recharge, re-energise and learn meditation and mindfulness techniques that can be applied back into the real world. We practice daily meditation and yoga, enjoy the beach and visit some beautiful nature sites in the Byron Bay area. The retreats are all inclusive of accommodation and delicious vegetarian meals. We keep our groups small so early booking are highly recommended.
