The property is tri-level with the top two storeys representing the main house providing three majestic bedrooms, each with their own water views, expansive en-suite and separate walk in robes. The mid level decadent master bedroom has a large open plan en-suite, with the bedroom overlooking the beach, lighthouse and the 11 metre horizon pool. The second mid level bedroom also looks out onto the pool and beach and both bedrooms enjoy balcony access. The mid level also enjoys its own comfortable living /relaxing area and a business centre with internet and fax/phone facilities.

The third spacious bedroom accommodation is on the top level adjacent to the main living and utility areas of the house and allows elderly or less mobile guests to minimise negotiation of stairs to enjoy their time at Wattai.
