- Deposit of 1 nights tariff required upon booking. Non- refundable. Mid & high seasons, 50% deposit balance due 45 days before arrival payable by cheque, EFT, money order, M/C or Visa. Non-refundable. Remaining 50% due upon arrival. Non-refundable.
- On arrival you will be required to sign a guest registration form &
provide a credit card no. as security.

In consideration of other guests we ask that all noise emanating from your
accommodation cease by 11 pm, and all visitors not part of your booking
leave by that time.

Pets by arrangement. Pet Policy -
1. Your pet must be a non moulting variety.
2. Your pet should not be too yappy or a barker.
3. Bring some plastic bags to dispose of your pet's droppings.
4. Bring your pet's bedding.
5. We prefer your pet to stay outside, but if he / she does come inside, bring 2 sheets to put down on the lounge room floor.
6. Bring your own bowls and utensils for your pet's food & water.
7. Clip your pet's nails before your stay, as living room floors are polished timber.
8. Pet tariff is $10 / night / pet or $60 / week / pet.
