2 & 3 bedroom villa accommodation with 1 queen bed in 1st bedroom and a king or 2 adult singles in 2nd bedroom. The 3rd bedroom, which is downstairs with external access to living rooms and is therefore not suitable for under 12 yrs alone, has a bunk bed sleeping 2 singles. There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge, if needed. Our villa accommodation has a large living and dining area complete with TV / DVD / CD / radio, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, electric blankets, phone, books & games. The bathroom is a 3-way set up, with a large double spa-bath, as well as a shower, and a separate toilet and vanity area.

The kitchen is fully equipped, and includes a dishwasher, MW, oven and large fridge. Kitchen supplied with glad wrap, alfoil, cooking oil, salt & pepper, tea & coffee, sugar, as well as some local coffee and jam.

A wide covered verandah runs off the living areas and has an outdoor dining table and BBQ. The verandah is elevated and you have the feeling of being up in the tree tops at our Northern NSW accommodation.

The stunning view from here is down to the river and up to the Nightcap National Park in Northern NSW. Each villa has its own covered carport with adjacent laundry, with washing machine, drier and clothes line.
