Suranadi Beach Houses are located on the world famous main beach front of Byron Bay. It is the perfect location for visitors to enjoy and become a part of the laidback beach life style that Byron is renowned for.

These spacious, contemporary, architect designed homes, are ideally located in a peaceful and private position with a pleasant a view through the dune foliage and onto ocean glimpses.

Each of the four star beach houses are set amidst lush tropical gardens of heliconia, frangipani and pandanus. The homes have a light and airy feel and are decorated with a blend of contemporary and Asian furnishings. Each house enjoys sea breezes and the sound of the rolling surf.

There is no need for a car as a leisurely stroll along the beach takes guests to the heart of Byron Bay where there is a mix of cafes, restaurants and gift shops that reflect the vibrant culture and lifestyle of the town.

VILLA ONE

3 bedroom house (or 2 bedroom apartment in low season)

Each level has living and dining facilities as well as TV, video, audio equipment and complimentary WiFi.. The living areas flow onto a deck or patio. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, microwave, cuppacino machine, granite bench tops and BBQ on the patio. The master bedroom is located on the ground floor and has a private verandah with outdoor setting. The three way en-suite and large shower room are located next to the bedroom. A second queen bedroom is located on the upper floor. This bedroom has a walk in wardrobe, ceiling fan and private deck. The third bedroom contains two single beds and enjoys sea breezes through the sliding door to the deck. Located on this level is a second bathroom with bath and shower and separate toilet. All linen is provided and beds made with crisp white linen. Laundry facilities are located on the ground floor off the carport and are equipped with clothes dryer, washing machine and ironing facilities.

VILLA TWO

3 bedroom house (or 2 bedroom apartment in low season)

The upper floor is a perfect parents retreat! It comprises living and dining facilities and a bar fridge. The queen master bedroom has a three way en-suite and large shower room, TV, ceiling fan and private deck overlooking the gardens below.

The ground floor - which can be rented as a 2 bedroom apartment in low season - is open plan living/dining/kitchen with TV/DVD/CD. The second queen bedroom is also located on this level with a private garden patio setting. The third bedroom has two single beds and enjoys sea breezes through the sliding door onto the patio with BBQ. Bathroom with bath and separate shower and separate toilet. Ceiling fans are featured throughout. The laundry is located on the ground floor off the carport. All linen is provided and beds made with crisp white linen.
