These spacious, contemporary architect designed homes
are ideally located in a peaceful and private position with a
pleasant outlook through the dune foliage to ocean glimpses.
Each of the four star beach houses are set amidst lush
tropical gardens of heliconia, frangipani and pandanus. The homes
have a light and airy feel and are decorated with a blend of
contemporary and Asian furnishings. Each house enjoys sea breezes
and the sound of the rolling surf.
There is no need for a car
as a leisurely stroll along the beach takes guests to the heart of
Byron Bay where there is a mix of cafes, restaurants and gift shops
that reflect the vibrant culture and lifestyle of the
town.

Each level has living and dining facilities as well
as TV, video and audio equipment. Each living area flows onto a deck
or patio. For your convenience a DVD and book library are located in
the living room. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances,
microwave, cuppacino machine and granite bench tops. Barbeque
facilities are provided. The master bedroom - complete with romantic
mosquito net - is located on the ground floor and has a private
verandah with outdoor setting. The three way en-suite and large
shower room are located next to the bedroom. A second queen sized
bedroom is located on the upper floor. This bedroom has a walk in
wardrobe, ceiling fan and private deck. The third bedroom contains
two single beds and enjoys sea breezes through the sliding door to
the deck. Located on this level is a second bathroom with bath and
shower and separate toilet. All linen is provided and beds made with
crisp white linen. Laundry facilities are located on the ground
floor off the carport and are equipped with clothes dryer and
washing machine.

The upper floor is a perfect parents retreat! It
comprises living and dining facilities and a bar fridge. The queen
master bedroom has a three way en-suite and large shower room. There
is also a TV in this bedroom, a ceiling fan and private deck

The ground floor, which can be
rented as a 2 bedroom apartment, contains living, dining and kitchen
facilities which are fan cooled. There is a DVD/VCR and book
library. The second queen bedroom is also located on this level. It
is fan cooled and has a private garden patio with setting. The third
bedroom has two single beds and enjoys sea breezes through the
sliding door onto the patio. All linen is provided and beds made
with crisp white linen. There is a bathroom with bath and shower and
separate toilet. The laundry is located on the ground floor off the
carport.
