Where’s the beach?

The townhouse has direct beach access. Walk 100 metres down a bush track to the beach. Style@Bayvilla is on the beach side of Cavvanbah St. An ideal location!

All that surfing makes me hungry…

The unit has a well-equipped designer kitchen with gas cook top, electric oven and dishwasher. The garden courtyard has a BBQ and two outside table settings

I guess I should go shopping ..

Style@Bayvilla is close to town. Take a 10 minute stroll into Byron township, or hire a bike and cycle along the bike path.

I’m tired…

There are two private bedrooms. The master has a king size bed with ensuite. The second bedroom has two king single beds with ensuite. Both bedrooms have their own balcony. Linen and towels are supplied

I do like peace and quiet ..

No problem. You’ll wake to the sounds of the sea and birds.

But I might like to check my email...

There is wireless internet access, so bring your laptop. There are desks in one of the living spaces and both bedrooms.

Anything else I need to know?

The townhouse is well equipped.
There is a Satellite TV, DVD, video, CD player and radio.
Also, a washing machine, dryer and iron.
There is a telephone for free local calls
Mobile telephone coverage is good
The property is professionally managed
