Clunes

Clunes is on the main Bangalow-Lismore road and is known for the number of early churches in its midst. Nearby Bexhill is home to the open-air cathedral, which overlooks the Corndale Valley and is popular for outdoor weddings. Clunes has a general store and a great coffee shop, and is a convenient stop on the way to Lismore from Byron Bay.

Turn off at Clunes from the Byron Bay-Lismore road to visit Rocky Creek Dam, Minyon Falls, Nimbin and The Channon market.
