On Carlyle is a beautiful period home situated in a quiet peaceful area just
5 mins. walk to Clarkes Beach and a 5 mins. stroll to the centre of town.
Public tennis courts and a large oval are within 100 metres of the property.
You will feel at home in this large, spacious house which features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a large lounge and dining room. The deck and BBQ area at the rear of the property overlooks a tropical garden and offers the opportunity to relax on the daybed or enjoy outdoor dining.
The two main bedrooms have their own king size beds and the third bedroom has two single beds. All linen is supplied.
After a day in the sun and surf you can rinse off using the outdoor shower, and indulge in some culinary delights at one of Byron Bay's fine dining restaurants. Alternatively locally produced fresh and organic produce can be purchased at one of the famous North Coast's markets.
