Internationally-renowned cookery writer, Nadine Abensur, offers private, group and corporate cookery classes at her home in Mullumbimby. Nadine specialises in modern Middle Eastern and Australian, simple Asian, French provincial and Italian cuisine in small, informal classes. Nadine offers her experience and range of eclectic, innovative recipes in classes of up to 12 people at a cost of $85 per person. She will also take kids' classes by arrangement.
