Myocum House is a 4 bedroom spacious home close to Byron, Brunswick and the beaches. After passing through the electronic gates of the 400 acre rural community, you drive through expansive gardens, up a driveway to this contemporary "tropical modern" home. Enter the large spacious open plan living/dining/kitchen area you are drawn out onto the massive deck offering breathtaking, rolling rural views. Rest there a while on the comfy couches before exploring the rest of the house.

On the way to the master bedroom with a king size bed and en suite, you pass the main bathroom and the second and third bedroom - one with a queen size bed and the other a single bed. In the other direction, adjacent to the double covered car port, is the huge laundry and an office/4th bedroom with a fold down futon bed.

When you have settled in, turn on the entertainment facilities - TV, CD, DVD, T-Box and fix yourself a snack in the fully equipped modern kitchen.

$3600 per week, $500 bond
