5 Things You Should Know About Our Premium Package for Accommodation Providers

We have a simple fee structure, offering accommodation providers the option of paying annually or every 6 months, plus an initial setup fee. Here's our rate card for our Standard Package Accommodation listings on byronbay.com;

Our fees include GST, are payable on invoice, and are effective 1 March 2008.
  • Setup Fee : $100 Our setup fee covers listing you in your choice of 'guides' throughout byronbay.com and the creation of your 'micro-site' or testing and modifying a 'micro-site' supplied by you or your web designer.

  • Listing Fee : $1190 per year / $625 per 6mths Your will be invoiced as soon as your business is listed throughout byronbay.com and will automatically be sent an invoice as your billing cycle ends, if you wish to come off byronbay.com you must let us know.

There are a few options and extras available to you;
  • Off-Site Link : $100 per year Some clients want a link from their 'micro site' off to their full web site, usually because they provide timely information &/or technology not easily implemented on their byronbay.com micro-site. Off-site links are only available on a case by case basis. For example we won't offer an off-site link to other 'directory' type websites, we won't offer an off-site link to a website that doesn't follow the guidelines published by the major search engines, etc. Please contact us for further details.

  • Extra Accommodation Guide : $595 per year Some clients feel their property is suited to a listing in more than one of our accommodation guides. If your property is, contact us about listing in an additional accommodation guide - we charge 50% of our regular annual fee.

  • 'Special' Guides : Free Throughout the year we publish a number of timely 'Special' guides; Still Available for NYE, Still Available for Easter, Winter Specials, Still Available for Splendour, and Schoolies. You will be emailed with instructions on how to be included prior to each guide being published.

  • Updates : Free It's important that your information on byronbay.com is current, for that reason we provide you with up to 3 minor updates per year free of charge. Minor updates include changing the description you use for your listings and changing text &/or images on your micro-site created by us. We do have to charge for our time on more involved updates or a complete re-design of your micro-site, we will quote before doing any work.

  • Page Editor : Free We can setup an area of text on your micro-site (if we created it) that you can login to and edit as you wish. A great way to include timely information on your micro-site.

  • Availability Calendar : Free We can setup an availability calender that you can login and keep up to date.

  • Micro-Site Stats : Free Our developer has to make one more change - should be available Sept '07.
