The byronbay.com website has been visited; over 12.5 million times to date and continues to service over 1 million visitor per year. We provide our visitors with useful and timely information including full details on over 300 local advertisers. Our 2011 re-vamp, not only provides immediate benefits for our visitors and clients, it's built on a frame work that will allow us to introduce more features in the near future.

Targeted Traffic

As well as byronbay.com, we publish a number of second tier 'Byron' websites, a couple on the region outside of Byron Shire and a few national websites. Here's our traffic for the 12 months to June 2011;

All our websites were visited over 1.65 million times in total
Our 'Northern Rivers' websites, including 'Byron' were visited over 1.4 million times
All our 'Byron' websites were visited over 1.25 million times
Our flagship site, byronbay.com was visited over 1 million times

A Brief History;

Started in 1997, over the years we built/acquired other Byron websites, in 1999 we started www.travelpromote.com.au (published dozens of Australian destination websites) in 2004 we started a boutique phone booking service (www.byronstyle.com.au books a select range of 4 star managed properties), in 2006 we took on JV partners / bought them out of our Byron websites late 2009, and finally completed a total re-vamp of byronbay.com in July 2011.

Advertisers / Clients;

We've always prided ourselves on providing the best value for money advertising opportunities to our clients. We have over 300 advertisers, some of them have been with us from the beginning.

Community;

As a 14 year old local business we are members of, and get involved with, many of the relevant business associations and groups. We have always offered free exposure on byronbay.com for local community groups and associations.

Festivals & Events;

We love telling our visitors about the regions festivals & events. Over the years we've been able to provide exposure (and other services from time to time) for all the regions major events and festival, as well as doing our best to support the smaller events.
