Breakfast Menu
Includes Seasonal Fruit Juice and selections of hand baked breads by Faith and Sally who are local artisian bakers from Whian Whian.

Breakfast
Omelette with sauteed mushrooms, goats cheese and rocket leaves.

Sweet Corn Fritters with roasted tomato and crispy bacon.

Poached Eggs with wilted spinach and hollandaise sauce.

Scrambled Eggs with smoked salmon and herbs from our garden.

Faith`s Fruit toast with roasted macadamia butter and davidson plum jam.(or a seasonal conserve)

Macadamia Nut Muesli served with seasonal fruit and honey cinnamon yoghurt.

Faiths Seeded Pumpkin Bread with avocado, crumbled persian fetta, lime and cracked pepper.

Cost of Breakfast is $15 per person and is served in the privacy of your own accommodation.

Breakfast is served between 6.30 am and 8.30 am or by prior arrangement.

Dinner Menu
At Coco`s we go out of our way to create a special dining experience, offering a fully personalised service in the privacy of your own accommodation. A Daily one course Specials Menu is also available for our guests. We design our menu on sourcing the best seasonal produce from our local area.

Starters
Antipasto Platter-delacacies from our kitchen and sourced in season produce from our local farmers and markets.

Mains
Organic Eye Fillet with red wine jus, caramalised pumpkin and rosemary potatoes.

Crispy Skin Tasmanian Salmon with a preserved lemon and caper dressing. Served with either a seasonal salad or vegetables.

Seared Lamb Cutlets with polenta chips,served with a Greek salad of haloumi cheese and oven roasted tomatoes

Seafood Curry with Thai flavours. King prawns, white fish, calamari and mussels cooked in a coconut curry and served with a kaffir lime rice. Desserts..........Please ask about our selection of house made desserts.

Cost of Dinner is $60 per person for three courses.

Vegetarian options are available. Please feel free to discuss any dietary needs you may have.
