Este` is a fully equipped house, which comfortably sleeps 6 adults, can sleep 2 extra people on a sofa bed if needed. Designed to provide an intimate ambience for relaxing and indulging in the serenity of nature... where you can unwind and nurture your mind, body and soul in elegant, tranquil surroundings. Feel as though you are a world away but know you are only minutes from Byron's stunning beaches, the boutique shops and cafes of historic Bangalow village.

Set on 2.5 beautiful acres including a large pond and heritage-listed rainforest, you will enter an impeccably furnished Balinese-inspired house which overlooks a huge deck, a large sunny saltwater pool and stunning ocean views. This exclusive property is fully equipped and is the perfect place to relax in total peace and privacy. You will find a unique collection of original art and sculpture and many extra touches provided for your comfort and enjoyment.

The subtropical landscaping and pool area provide restful havens or magnificent backdrops for entertaining. This is a great house for a large family or two smaller families. Two couples can share a relaxing holiday together and yet have complete privacy in their own special areas.

Este` has three connected pavilions.

Central Pavilion:

• Reverse cycle air-conditioning throughout the residence
• A spacious lounge, dining and fully-equipped gourmet kitchen including crockery/cutlery, dishwasher, microwave, gas cook-top
• Hardwood floors, high cathedral ceilings opening out onto decks and entertaining areas
• Dining seating for eight
• Living/dining area opens onto a double-sized deck with daybeds, built-in BBQ facilities and an outdoor table.
• Wide screen Satellite TV/DVD/CD player
• Walk-in pantry
• Full laundry facilities including late model washing-machine and dryer, ironing board, iron, washtub

Eastern pavilion:

• Large master bedroom with a king-size bed, walk in robe, overlooking heritage-listed rainforest, private deck and cathedral ceilings
• Large bathroom with spa-bath

Western pavilion:

• 2 bedrooms - one with queen size bed and one with two single beds which can converted to a queen size bed if desired - both bedrooms overlook the swimming pool and ocean and have walk-in robes
• Large bathroom with spa-bath
• Informal living area with Satellite TV and DVD player, pull-out sofa bed suits 2 extra children - wooden floors with rug
• Facing onto large fresh-water pool.

Deck/pool:

• Modern large BBQ with bench and sink

• Pool with rock waterfall feature
