The Pegums have broad experience in hospitality; having organised without counting, 150 weddings. Trust us, experience counts. We have a supertrained staff of chefs who have worked at Cleopatra's, Bilsons and Rockpool. Our maitresse d' has attended to many weddings, most notably, the Packer wedding at Bellevue Hill. The Sydney Morning Herald has rated establishments run by us: Pegums at Lawson, Echoes Blue Mountains and Wategos Watermark at 19/20. Ample accommodation is a walk away and all services for a marquee reception can be supplied. A third intimate location is available, totally beachfront, maximum 60 total.
