- If you need a house, decide if you want to book direct or use an agent. It can be easier using a booking agent, but it can be costly because over the festival period they will add properties to their books that usually take bookings direct - which often means the booking commission gets added to the tariff (we know some people paid an extra $500 last year by booking through an agent!).
