Come in through the huge front doors that used to grace the historic Bangalow Cellars and see if you ever feel like leaving! It’s all yours – the view, the indoor outdoor–stainless steel kitchen, the heated–spa–jet swimming pool, the open fireplace, the decadent hand–made terrazzo bath and the wall–to–wall beds.

And that’s just downstairs! The piece–de–résistance is upstairs. The room with a bigger view, king size latex bed, hand made spa bath, glass and sandstone en–suite bathroom and courtyard shower.

Accommodation

The BlueGreen House can be let as a self contained two bedroom/bathroom house or with an additional third bedroom suite which includes an en-suite bathroom and kitchenette for added independence. This offers numerous accommodation options for single families, two families, the in-laws, couples or 4 – 6 adults.

The main bedroom upstairs (or honeymoon suite) has a king size bed suitable for 2 adults The second bedroom downstairs has a ginormous wall to wall double bed (about the same size as two double beds head to head) with two single bunks overhead. This is suited to 2 adults or 4 - 6 children.

Third Bedroom Suite

The BlueGreen House can be let with a third bedroom suite which comes with a kitchenette, en-suite bathroom complete with hand made terrazzo bath/shower, and its own deck overlooking the lake and gazebo. It has a queen size bed, is accessed via the pool deck, ie no internal access, and is ideally suited to two adults.

(By the way, the house is only let as a 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom house, ie the 3rd bedroom suite is not let independently of the 2 bedroom house.)

Travel inland from Byron to discover a panoramic piece of paradise. Literally minutes from the colour and chaos of Byron Bay are pristine rainforests and national parks, isolated waterfalls,  panoramic views and rolling green hills reminiscent of the English or Scottish countryside.

The BlueGreen House is located just 12 mins from Byron Bay, 5 mins to Bangalow and 5 mins to the closest beach (Broken Head). It is also easily accessible from Ballina/Byron airport (15 mins) and Coolangatta airport on the Gold Coast (45 mins).

1. Above rates are for letting The BlueGreen House as a two bedroom, two bathroom house. Please enquire about rates for the third bedroom suite.
2. Minimum stay is 3 nights except for school holidays where it is 7 nights min.
3. First 3 nights are charged at the upper nightly rate and additional nights are charged at the lower nightly rate.
4. Where there is no nightly rate the minimum stay is 7 nights.
5. All the above rates are for payment via eft as we pass on the 3% processing fee charged to us by the banks for credit card transactions.
6. All prices include GST.
