Besty's Place is a three bedroom romantic waterfront holiday home offered for holiday rent throughout the entire year. Positioned high on a ridge, yet only 400 metres to the surf along a beach track, with sensational white water & ocean views.

Besty's Place overlooks the Pacific Ocean and the sandy coastline to the south & east and the mountainous hinterland with beautiful sunsets to the west. The home is situated in a quiet residential area which is within walking distance of the town centre and beaches. The new Arakwal National Park bordering Besty's Place provides guests with flora and fauna in abundance.

The architect who designed Besty's Place has captured the character and charm of the "Queenslander" style of home with all of the modern conveniences to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Appliances such as a dishwasher, Microwave, CD/ stereo, DVD/video, 2 T.V.'s, bath tub, barbecue and fireplace are naturally included.

The rear deck features a hot tub which overlooks the coastline to the south where our guests can arrange for a relaxing massage, all while watching the dolphins at play in the waves. Add to this that from May till October our guests can watch the whales on their yearly migration, all without leaving Besty's Place.

Fully equipped modern kitchen with Italian gas stove, microwave and dishwasher with kitchen benches being a superb feature. Pantry stocked with tea, coffee, sauces... most everyday things.

The home has a laundry room which is equipped with washing machine and dryer.

OUTDOOR LIVING
A large deck runs along the eastern side and has an outdoor setting with hot tub and barbecue with outstanding ocean views. The deck on the western side also affords an ocean view to Julian Rocks and hinterland.

An undercover garage is provided.

Main bathroom downstairs features a bathtub. Luxurious ensuite upstairs in main bedroom with spectacular ocean & white water views.
