BOOKING REQUIREMENTS

During peak periods only, a 50% deposit is required by way of credit card, direct deposit money order or cheque. All credit card transactions incur a 3% fee to cover bank costs. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS A minimum of 30 days notice of written cancellation (or part cancellation) is required for a refund in full. Between 29 days and 14 days notice of written cancellation received 1 nights accommodation is charged. Between 14 days and day of arrival.... The cost of full booking is charged. However all attempts will be made to re let the room and a refund will be made for any part that is re let.... less expenses. Expenses are cleaning, commission, administration. For your peace of mind, we recommend travel insurance. Please note: Giving Credit Card details to secure a booking, implies that a legally binding contract has taken place. Should you break your contract or neglect to cancel your booking for any reason, your credit card will be debited.GENERAL Prices are subject to change without notice. Rates include GST "Schoolies" incur different cancellation conditions, which will be given upon inquiry. All prices quoted on the Internet or on brochures are Low Season rates. Excessive noise which is subject to the risk of complaint will not be permitted. Any disruption will incur a possible 'notice of departure' without refund. Bookings are made for a number of persons specified. Any additional occupants of a room incur an additional fee. Check in time is after 2pm and check out is by 10am. |
