Ayana Beach House is an architect designed luxury beach house right across Byron's, The Pass beach.
Ayana overlooks the lush subtropical vegetation of Arakwal National Park, The Pass & Clarke's beach and enjoys north facing ocean views up the coast.
AYANA is fully fitted out with beautiful designer furniture, fully equipped kitchen, art and photography. Ayana's kitchen/dining/living room opens out to an extensive north facing covered deck with built in bench seating and BBQ, perfect for relaxing and dining. A separate family room provides a second living/TV media room and study desk with wireless ADSL2 Internet. A private rear courtyard contains an elevated 6 person heated spa that adds a further level of luxury to the residence.
There are four large bedrooms on level 3 - capable of sleeping 8-10. (1 king bedroom, 2 queen bedrooms & the 4th bedroom has 3 - 4 king-singles, however 2 of these KS can be converted to a king bed). All bedrooms have built in robes and 2 bedrooms have glass sliding doors opening out to a north-facing balcony that looks over the ocean below. The upper level has two generous bathrooms.
The downstairs entry level has a stunning under-croft entry with out-door hot & cold shower nearby, perfect for rinsing off after the beach. There is a substantial 4 car garage.
AYANA features stained timber floors to the living areas, sisal carpet to the bedrooms, bespoke kitchen with Miele appliances, security system, full reverse cycle air conditioning, ceiling fans, LED mood lighting, integrated audio speakers, solar powered hot water and rain water storage. The living room also features a fantastic stone surrounded gas fireplace.
The dark stained weatherboard exterior cladding and local basalt stone feature walls ensure the house merges into the beautifully landscaped context of the surrounding tropical garden.
