SINGLES DISCOUNTS

Discounted rates for single occupancy in half our rooms, whenever they're available. Around $25 less per night.

SINGLES SUMMER SPECIAL

4 nights in a queen bed room
$410 with share bathroom, $460 with ensuite.
1 - 15 December and 16 - 31 January, if rooms are available.

By making a booking you accept these conditions:

Standard:
Your credit card details are required for a confirmed booking.
If you cancel more than 2 weeks before arrival, I charge $30 rebooking fee.
If you cancel less than 2 weeks before arrival, I charge one night or 25% of a longer booking.
However if I can relet the room I'll refund as much as I can get at short notice, less the rebooking fee.
If you don't arrive, and don't let me know you're not coming, I'll charge the full amount to your card, no refund.

December, January, Easter:
25% deposit is required at the time of booking, by credit card or bank transfer.
If you cancel more than 4 weeks before arrival, I'll refund your deposit, less $50 rebooking fee.
If you cancel less than 4 weeks before arrival, I'll keep your 25% deposit.
However if I can relet the room I'll refund as much as I can get at short notice, less the rebooking fee.
If you don't arrive, and don't let me know you're not coming, I'll charge the full amount to your card, no refund.
