SINGLES DISCOUNTS
We offer discounted rates for single occupancy in some rooms when available. Around $20 less per night.
Singles winter week
$390 for a week stay in a queen bed room with share bathroom, May through August if the room is available.

*WEEKEND RATES
Weekend rates apply on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights.

WINTER RATES
May - August
Winter rates are lower, please ask. We offer great deals when it's quiet!

SUMMER RATES
December - January
December-January rates are higher, please ask.
No weekend surcharge at this time.

MINIMUM STAY
2 nights minimum generally.
4 nights minimum from Christmas through early January.

By making a booking you are accepting these conditions:
Your credit card details are required as a guarantee against late cancellation.
If you cancel more than 2 weeks before arrival, there is a rebooking charge of $30.
If you cancel less than 2 weeks before arrival, one night's rate is charged to your card. For bookings longer than 4 nights, 25% is charged to your card.
If you don't arrive, and don't let me know you're not coming, the full amount is charged to your card.

However if I can relet the room I'll refund as much of the charge as I can get at short notice, less the rebooking fee.

December, January, Easter:
50% deposit is required at the time of booking, by credit card or bank transfer
If you cancel more than 4 weeks before arrival, your deposit will be refunded, less $50 rebooking fee
If you cancel less than 4 weeks before arrival, your 50% deposit will be retained
However if I can let the room I'll refund as much of the charge as I can get at short notice, less the rebooking fee
