Allawah is a unique property that has been perfectly designed to capture the spectacular tropical surrounds. The large open plan living and deck areas capture the true beauty of the sparkling salt water pool and magnificent gas heated spa.

The outdoor living areas shaded by wrap-around verandas invite long lazy afternoons And should it rain…the perfect spot to kick back and relax without ever having to go inside.

The southern side of the house features another undercover deck, perched on the highest section of the property. The outlook from this deck is sensational. At dusk the cows arrive with babies in tow. A true conversation piece... You will be mesmerised for hours watching the interaction between the mothers and calves. Designer chickens wander about and are happy to provide you with daily fresh eggs. Our guest book has many wonderful comments based on this experience alone!

Against a crisp white palette the owners have layered warm neutrals and contrasting colors and textures. Adding to that the home has all of those luxury staples... LCD flat screen televisions, an I-pod docking station, crispy cotton sheets, fluffy towels, and gorgeous bathroom products.

There is a lovely indoor fireplace, gas heating, four large bedrooms one in a separate air conditioned guest suite a few steps from the main residence. The bathrooms are beautifully finished and there are 2 in total.
