Abaca is a great centrally located holiday house with Studio. Abaca offers 4 bedrooms and sleeps 8 comfortably on 2 Queen beds and 4 single beds.

The large covered deck and BBQ area at the rear of the property overlooks a tropical garden and glorious inground pool. Abaca offers the opportunity to relax on the daybed or enjoy outdoor dining in the privacy of this north facing child friendly back yard.

The house has open plan living with contemporary furnishings; from the living area there are sliding doors that open out onto the backyard with a great play area & further on to the separate studio with its own Queen bed & ensuite.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, with a dishwasher. There is also a smaller lounge area for some quieter moments & 3 good sized bedrooms in the house - the main bedroom has its own little courtyard providing lots of light & yet another spot to get away from it all. Linen is supplied however you do need to bring your pool/beach towels. A Broadband internet connection is available. A Security deposit is required for this property.
