Aaron's Beach House Byron Bay
Aarons Beach House is a fabulous 5 bedroom, 3 Bathroom, Queenslander home. It's facilities are suitable for groups or families. We have a sparkling 15 metre salt water pool with hammocks and seating close by. Aarons Beach House is in town in a private and quiet location and is a short walk to Byron's famous beaches, great restaurants, cafés and boutique shopping.
This property sleeps 10 in 5 bedrooms. The configuration is a three double bedrooms with King size beds one with an ensuite and WIR, a double bed in small childrens room and Double/single (3) Bunk in the fifth room. A portacot is available free of charge should this be required for infants. We also supply some toys for young children.
Aarons is well appointed, clean and welcoming. The house has two sleep outs, lounge with fireplace, Kitchen, and Dinning with modern furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped, with good quality appliances including a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine and dryer. The television in the main lounge has a DVD and CD player. There are two seperate sleep outs with lounge, daybed, games and books for some quieter moments. From the living area there are sliding doors that open out onto the covered deck and swimming pool. Aarons offers the opportunity to relax on the daybed or enjoy outdoor dining in the privacy of this north facing child friendly back yard. The large covered deck and BBQ area are located close to the kitchen for convience.
A high chair, cot are available (free of charge) if required for infants. 2 hair-dryers, iron, ironing board, linen and bath towels are supplied, however you do need to bring your pool/beach towels. A broadband internet connection is available (free of charge). There is off street, secure (uncovered) parking for two cars and plenty of easy street parking.
Schoolie bookings and bookings where the majority of guests are under 25 can only be made when specific arrangements have been made in writing with the property owner. |
